Call Center-Receptionist - Dermatology

The Medical Receptionist & Call Center Personnel will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience both in-person and over the phone. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Manage patient intake, including verifying insurance information and demographic details
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in our system
• Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about treatments, products, and procedures
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
