Receptionist — Transportation Company

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role supports our drivers, customers, and operations team by keeping communication flowing and the front office running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Greet visitors and drivers and direct them to the right department
• Answer and route incoming calls and messages
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Support office staff with data entry and filing
• Keep the reception area clean and professional
