We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team — someone who creates a welcoming first impression and helps keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Verify customer IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Check customers into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and direct calls to the right department.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby/reception area.
• Assist management and Budtenders with clerical or operational support when needed.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth flow of customers

Position Overview

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers entering the dispensary. You’ll greet guests, verify identification, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the store’s daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer and phone skills required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or reception preferred.
