Front Desk Receptionist

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Front Desk Receptionist for a well-established professional services organization. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, supporting office operations, and contributing to a collaborative workplace culture. This is an onsite position located in Bellevue, Washington.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as a key point of contact for visitors, team members, and business partners while helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and front-office coordination responsibilities in a professional setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors, guests, and vendors while creating a positive and professional first impression
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and assist with office access and lobby operations
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications
• Assist with office projects and operational tasks as needed to support the team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, administrative support, or other people-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency with common office technology and Microsoft Office applications
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a professional office environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
