Legal Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Legal Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports reception, hospitality, and office services within a professional legal services environment, serving as the first point of contact for attorneys, clients, guests, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, attorneys, and guests with a polished and professional welcome while managing front desk reception duties.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, manage guest security protocols, and provide concierge-level support.
• Coordinate conference rooms and visiting offices, assist with meeting logistics, order pre-packed meals, and set up catering and beverages.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, lobby, reception, and shared office spaces to support a professional client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, file preparation, correspondence, and light legal clerical support.
• Support office services needs, including mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $23 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
