Our Overnight Front Desk Receptionist is a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests.
This position reports to the Front Office Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
Key Elements of the JobHandle the check-in process in an efficient and engaging manner, personalizing the experience for each guest Ascertain guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest during the check-out process. Follow a detailed process in each transaction that assures guest room type, preferences and billing are accurate Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.
Make change, cashes checks, exchange foreign currency and reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone Utilize a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests
