We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face and voice of our office as our new Receptionist. Located right here in Kenosha, Wisconsin, this role is absolutely central to our daily operations and the positive first impression we make.

You'll be the person setting the tone for everyone who walks through our doors or calls us for the first time. It’s more than just answering phones; it’s about creating a helpful and professional environment for our clients and supporting our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately, and take clear messages.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support to the office staff, including data entry and filing.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines efficiently.A friendly and professional demeanor.
