Join the Blushington Team – Front Desk Coordinator (Flagship Location, Columbus Circle)

Are you passionate about beauty, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Blushington is looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and results-driven Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team at our flagship Columbus Circle location.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while helping drive retail sales, service bookings, and overall store success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced luxury beauty brand that values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional service.

What You'll Bring

• Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills
• Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, luxury retail, or a goal-driven environment
• Makeup, cosmetics, or beauty industry experience preferred, but not required
• Strong sales aptitude with a passion for helping clients discover products and services
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing schedules and appointments
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory management and physical inventory counts
• Comfortable using Mac computers and salon/spa booking software (preferred)
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
