Receptionist/Clerk

Express Employment is hiring for a Receptionist/Clerk. Position requires 2 years of current experience.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am – 5 pm, Work hours may vary

Pay: $18 - $20/Hour

Location: Chico, CA

Job Description

• Greet all walk in
• Answer multiple phone lines, according to the company's established phone procedure
• Maintain knowledge of all office machines and phones systems as our communications specialist
• Determine and transfer calls accurately and timely
• Order and receive office supplies
• Provide clerical assistance to the Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resource Departments
• Maintain office machines in good working order
• Distribute incoming faxes received at the Main Office
• Maintain a clean and professional front office reception area
• Receive all production items through purchase order accounting system
• Enter invoices for accounts payables for purchase orders
• Reconcile excel spreadsheets to accounting program
• Perform other related duties, as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of current office experience
• 1 year of accounting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Attention to details
• Computer skills
