Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, offering a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve a variety of administrative support tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our dealership.

Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities, but is not limited to:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments.
• Assist with various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Provide assistance with tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. Remove this line
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A personable and energetic demeanor.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
