Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our law firm. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.

Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting overall office efficiency.

Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
• Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers efficiently
• Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
• Assist with administrative support tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer inquiries in person or over the phone
• Translation of documents English/Spanish

Skills

• Must be bilingual /biliterate English/Spanish
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with office management systems and clerical procedures including filing, data entry, and proofreading
• Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks for optimal workflow management
