What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient healthcare experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional, patient-centered customer service to individuals and families
• Managing incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments while optimizing provider calendars
• Supporting administrative functions including data entry, record management, and documentation
• Collaborating closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth and accurate patient care delivery
• Safeguarding patient information by strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards

What You Bring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment:

• Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) and vital signs (preferred)
• Understanding of medical billing and coding processes
• Experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
