Front Desk Receptionist

Finance & Procurement

• Process and track payables and purchase orders in alignment with company policies, transferring e-bills, reviewing outstanding payables, and
• tracking disputes
• Liaise with vendors and finance teams to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.
• Maintain records of office expenditures and assist with budget planning.

Office Supplies & Equipment

• Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and consumables.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and service schedules for office machinery and facility systems.
• Ensure workspaces are functional, clean, and well-stocked.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Front desk and face of the building
• Organize office lunches, team-building activities, and wellness events.
• Support HR-related responsibilities, including onboarding logistics, policy communication, and employee inquiries.
