Our boutique, state-of-the-art dental practice in Uptown New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, wellness, and professional growth.

DISC Profile: High S/I (Supportive, Communicative, People-Oriented) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare offices preferred
• Medical billing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Open Dental Practice Management Software is a plus
• Strong academic performance is beneficial

No dental experience?

We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for patients
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
• Communicate with referring providers and specialists
• Assist with sleep study coordination and related workflows
• Support internal systems, training initiatives, and office operations
• Work closely with leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Assist in other areas of the practice when needed
