Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support — Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
• Order Processing — Enter customer orders & Quotes accurately into our system.
• Payment Handling — Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Office Coordination — Support daily office operations and maintain organized documentation.
• Multi‑Tasking — Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule

• Training: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation

• $16.90–$18.10 per hour
