Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will conduct outbound and inbound verification calls to customers who have enrolled in our services through our sales representatives. Your role is to confirm customer information, ensure compliance requirements are met, and finalize enrollments professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct TPV verification calls to confirm customer enrollments
• Clearly explain terms, conditions, and required disclosures
• Accurately document customer responses and verification results
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth processing
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality metrics
• Provide professional and positive customer interactions at all times
