Customer Service / Agent

Mark Twain Insurance Services is looking for a licensed Property Casualty Insurance professional to be responsible for handling customer sales and service inquiries.

We are looking for an individual who is

• Property & Casualty Licensed
• Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written
• Efficient computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize web-based company programs
• Prospect and develop new sales opportunities by cross selling existing policy files
• Contact insureds regarding insurance matters (i.e. updating policies)
• Learn product features and marketing.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence, electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email.
• Sales/service position with commissions first year.
