We are looking for a reliable and motivated self-starter for a customer service representative and general office assistant position at a health insurance agency in East El Paso.
Duties include
- Answer incoming calls, assisting clients with excellent service, or routing the call to the correct agent. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Provide general support to team of agents, such as ordering and distributing plan materials or other necessities for the agent.
- Help create and maintain sales event schedules for agents.
- Maintain calendar appointment schedule for the Agency owner.
- Help plan agency events, such as agent luncheons, training sessions, etc.
- Good communication and organizational skills a must.
- Knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a plus.
- Pay is commensurate with experience. Applicants with Life & Health insurance license will be given priority and start at a higher rate. It is not necessary to already be licensed, but the ideal candidate will be willing to obtain the license. The agency will provide the study materials and support with the preparation for the exam.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
