Schedule: Part-Time (20 - 25 hours per week)

About the Role

Are you a people person with a highly professional attitude?

At Visalia iPhone Repair, we believe that we can teach anyone how to fix an iPhone, but we cannot teach stellar customer service. We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop.

Half of this job is dealing directly with our customers—greeting them, understanding their tech issues, and making them feel confident in our services. The other half is repairing devices, which we will fully train you to do. If you have a great attitude and are eager to learn a hands-on skill, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

Customer Experience (50%): Be the first point of contact. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, explain our repair processes clearly, and process transactions.

Device Repair (50%): Following our hands-on training, you will learn to safely and precisely repair iPhones (screen replacements, battery swaps, etc.) to our premium standards.

Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the front lobby and at the repair stations.

Who We Are Looking For

Highly Presentable: You are the face of our business. A neat, professional appearance and demeanor are required.

Natural Communicator: You are comfortable talking to people, handling customer concerns with empathy, and explaining things clearly.

Eager to Learn: No prior technical or repair experience is necessary. You just need steady hands, patience, and the willingness to learn our exact methods.

Dependable: You are punctual, reliable, and ready to work your scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• Availability to work 20 to 25 hours per week.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct customer service is highly preferred.
