The Member Services team at Regal Medical Group operate in a fast-paced customer service and healthcare coordination enviornment . Representatives act as the primary liaison between members, providers, and health plans, handling inquiries regarding claims, referrals, and eligibility while ensuring an exceptional healthcare experience.
For this project the two classes that we hire will start with working out of a Queue managing inboard calls from members, taking detailed meesages and forwarding information to the appropiate department with Regal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the Healthcare field.Knowledge: Referrals, Prior Authourizations, Medical Billing, Patient Intake, Insurance Verification, and Care Coordination.
Soft Skills: Pleasant telephone manner, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
