We are a fast-growing startup based in West Hollywood, and we’re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the front line of communication between Shmoozer and our community of users and Shmoozers. You will help answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction with our brand is positive and professional.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The role offers exposure to customer support, operations, and marketing, with significant opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time.
