Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, offer product recommendations, and address account inquiries using advanced technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert! We will equip you to confidently answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Cultivate business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions.

• Assist customers in navigating Uline’s website and the online ordering process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential—we will provide training!
