Job Overview

The Metro by T-Mobile in Redding is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team! The role involves providing excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
