About the Role

We are seeking a high‑energy, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast‑paced roll‑off dumpster operation. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, managing orders, and supporting dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Provide customers with accurate information on dumpster sizes, pricing, and scheduling
• Create and manage work orders for deliveries, swaps, and pickups
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service
• Update customer accounts, service notes, and job details in our CRM/dispatch system
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Resolve customer issues with patience and a solutions‑focused mindset
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, changes, or service updates

What We’re Looking ForRequired

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Customer service experience (waste management, logistics, construction, or similar industries preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or dispatch software

Preferred

• Knowledge of roll‑off dumpster operations and industry terminology
• Experience working with contractors, property managers, and commercial accounts
• Familiarity with billing and payment processing

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
