Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and follow-up on orders as they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks accurately with good follow-up.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers, process orders and handle inquiries regarding products, ensuring their shipments are scheduled and go out on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client services.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
