Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper – Fresno, CA Adecco Staffing is currently recruiting for a Full Charge Bookkeeper position with a local client in the industrial sector. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full cycle of bookkeeping operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour for a full-time schedule in Fresno. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, account reconciliation, general ledger management, and maintaining the chart of accounts.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain and update the company’s chart of accounts
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger adjustments
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records, if needed
• Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
• Ensure accuracy of records and compliance with accounting procedures
• Support audits and provide documentation as requested
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial matters

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of bookkeeping experience required
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, general ledger, and chart of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
