Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Maintain vendor and customer records
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support CPA/accounting team with administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
