Part-time Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant

Requirements (education, skills, licenses)

20 - 25 hours per week. Hours and days are flexible. Your schedule must also be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Payroll experience is required. (Includes filing 940s, 941s, W-2, W-3, etc.)
• Multi-client bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Bank Statement Reconciliation.
• Organization and maintenance of accounting files.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of Bookkeeping and Payroll experience required.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Must exhibit a prominent level of professionalism and diligence.
• Professional appearance.
• Qualifying candidates must be dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience

• Payroll: 3 years (Required)
• Double entry bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
