I am a solo business seeking a Bookkeeper Part Time Remote, with Quickbooks experience. Probably no more than 10 -20 hours per quarter. You will be responsible for organizing business and home finances. Complete quarterly reports and tie out bank accounts and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Complete quarterly accounting.

Qualifications

• Quickbooks Pro
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Working with US Dollars and Mexican Pesos
• Spanish speaking is a help
