We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Prepare and process customer invoices

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections as needed

Enter and maintain accounting data within accounting software

Assist with payroll processing and related reporting

Support management with financial reporting and administrative tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
