About the Role

Daily Cash Management: Monitor bank feeds daily to provide an accurate real-time view of cash positions for all three organizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable items for three separate companies.
• Ensure the general ledger is updated daily.
• Manage the end-to-end A/R process for all three entities.
• Generate and send accurate invoices.
• Apply payments properly across QuickBooks profiles.
• Actively monitor aging reports to conduct professional, timely collection follow-ups.

Execute special projects and generate reports as requested.

Ensure all miscellaneous financial tasks are completed with the same rigor as daily routines.
