Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper Assistant to support our accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, payroll processing, and employee timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Create and send invoices
• Assist with payroll processing
• Review and manage employee timecards and timesheets
• Maintain payroll and financial records
• Generate reports and assist with month-end bookkeeping
• Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and payroll

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
