Accounts Receivable Clerk

At Lucky Supermarkets, we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk who is passionate about providing exemplary customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions

Reconcile accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner

Prepare and process invoices and other documents accurately and efficiently

Analyze customer accounts and provide payment plans when necessary

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment

Assist with month-end and year-end closing process

Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets for management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Utilize advanced accounting software to monitor accounts and report financial data
