Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Prepare and execute general ledger postings
• Cut and receipt checks
• Run reports and statements
• Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
• Answer emails in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as a team
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
• Have a sense of urgency with time sensitive materials
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Innate desire to grow and achieve greatness
• knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
