Role and Responsibilities

As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for handling billing-related tasks, supporting financial accuracy, and assisting with administrative functions tied to store operations.

• Process billing transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, verify, and reconcile billing records and related documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and billing files
• Support internal teams with billing inquiries and data requests
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial controls

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in billing, accounting support, or administrative roles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic math and numerical proficiency
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $19.00
