Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments including ACH transactions and checks
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
• Manage a high volume of customer accounts and ensure accurate account records
• Assist with collections efforts, including email communication and follow-up calls as needed
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and payment questions
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records
• Support daily AR processes in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Industry experience is flexible; experience with high-volume AR is a plus
