Shift: Nights (1900 – 0730)

Hours: 48 hours - 36 hour option available at $2,755 weekly gross

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) unit in California. This role requires a well-rounded RN capable of managing the full continuum of maternal care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum
• Monitor fetal heart tracings and respond appropriately
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications and manage obstetric emergencies
• Educate patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Collaborate with OB providers, NICU team, and interdisciplinary staff

Requirements

• Active RN license (CA or compact if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Required Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Experience in LDRP model required

Additional Details

• No on-call requirements
• Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed
• No RTO permitted within the first 30 days of assignment
• All resumes must include EMR experience listed for each facility
• Must maintain a clean RN license
