We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric ICU Registered Nurse to join a behavioral health team in Vallejo, California. This role is ideal for an RN experienced in acute psychiatric care who is committed to maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for high-acuity behavioral health patients.

Position Overview

• Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient’s health status and behavioral condition
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and care priorities
• Develop individualized care plans that prescribe appropriate interventions
• Implement and coordinate care delivery to promote patient safety and stabilization
• Evaluate patient progress toward established outcomes
• Identify and revise patient-centered goals based on clinical presentation
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and structured care environment

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Psychiatric or behavioral health experience strongly preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current California RN license: Required
• BLS (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS): Required
