Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role located in Laredo, TX. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing schedules, providing support to staff and medical professionals, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring compliance with various healthcare regulations.

The Administrator will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing patient satisfaction, and supporting team success.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including task prioritization and time management
• Proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and supporting operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and team collaboration
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in healthcare administration or a related field is highly preferred
• Knowledge of eye care industry standards or previous healthcare experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
