Loyal Source is looking for an Assistant Health Services Administrator for an employment opportunity in El Paso, Texas.
As an Assistant Health Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services within a federally managed facility that provides care to individuals in U.S. government custody. Working in a secure, clinic environment, you will assist in administrative oversight, coordinate clinical services, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
This position requires professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to ethical care and regulatory compliance in a high-accountability setting.
Pay: $105,000 annually
The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking or jogging over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; or recurring lifting of moderately heavy patients or equipment.
This facility operates 24/7/365. This full-time position requires working days, evenings, as well as weekends and holidays. Specific hours will be determined by the facility needs. On-call availability is not required.

The Prime Contract requires that employees and representatives performing work on the Project be United States citizens or foreign citizens who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Subcontractor shall utilize the E[1]verify system in accordance with FAR 52.222-54 to verify employment eligibility.
