Position Summary

Responsibleforassistingwiththeeducationandimplementationofthe MHC Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program (QIPSP). Compiles, reviews, and evaluates data using investigative, statistical methods, benchmark data or other comparative measures.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate’s degree
• Twoyearsofclinicalorhealthcare experience.
• CertifiedProfessionalinPatientSafety(CPPS),CertifiedProfessionalinHealthcareRisk Management (CPHRM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other patient safety training/certification. If not currently holding certification, must obtain within 3 years from date of hire.

Preferred

• Bachelor’sdegreeinclinical fieldorhealthcare focus.
• Threeyearshealthcareexperience,specifictopatientsafetyand/orhealthcarerisk management.
