Mismanagement of public funds carries with it the harshest of penalties, including termination. A pattern of overspending your operating budget is one example of mismanagement. Our Medical Center is challenged with operating on a very thin margin, so it is imperative that both income and spending are managed exceptionally well. Nothing less can be tolerated by our Board of Directors or our public.
