Healthcare Operations Coordinator
Neolytix | Chicago, IL (On-site) | Full-Time
About Neolytix
Neolytix is a healthcare management services organization supporting 270+ provider groups across revenue cycle management, credentialing & enrollment, patient access, and payer analytics. Our Chicago office is the US hub of a global delivery team spanning three countries.
The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our Chicago office — coordinating across provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-touch role where you’ll work directly with company leadership and clients, so strong communication and a bias toward getting things done matter more than any single technical skill.
What You’ll Do
- Support provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, including follow-ups with payers, tracking application status, and resolving issues to keep timelines on track.
- Assist with payer contract communications — drafting correspondence, organizing documentation, and coordinating between internal teams and payer contacts.
- Serve as a point of contact for local clients, including scheduling check-ins, preparing meeting materials, and occasionally visiting client sites in the Chicagoland area.
- Handle office operations for our Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, employee coordination for US-based staff, and support for marketing events and industry conferences.
- Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility into operational workflows (Power BI experience a plus; we’ll invest in building your skills here).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination — healthcare industry exposure preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
- Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a small-team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership across healthcare operations, payer strategy, and analytics.
- A clear growth path — this role is designed to deepen into payer analytics and client strategy as you develop.
- A small, high-impact team where your contributions are visible from day one
