The ideal candidate will have experience with HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT and/or DME Equipment Management and with a strong background in healthcare management, P&L and multi-location oversight experience.

The Area Healthcare Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of healthcare locations within a multi-state region, expanding sales opportunities, and ensuring that each location in their region runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is vital for maintaining high standards while managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the healthcare offices
• Manage and monitor budgets for each office
• Help coordinate in the staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain operational systems to enhance efficiency and patient care quality.
• Monitors staffing levels, expenses, equipment utilization, and inventory to ensure maximum performance
• Collaborate with staff to improve workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
