The role of the Manager, Care Team at Independent Living Systems is critical for maintaining high standards of healthcare delivery and operational excellence. This position oversees the daily functions of the care team, ensuring that staff receive proper training, guidance, and support to perform their duties effectively.

The manager works closely with healthcare providers, caregivers, and members to design and implement individualized care plans catered to members’ diverse health needs. • Bachelor's degree in nursing, health administration, or a related field
• minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• current nursing license or relevant certification preferred
• knowledge of and experience working with community agencies and programs
• experience with Medi-Cal eligibility guidelines, application, and renewal/redetermination process
• strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• must be a CA resident and reside in CA while employed
• current and valid California driver's license
• must use personal vehicle and current vehicle registration required
• proof of auto insurance required with CA minimum coverage
• BCLS CPR certification required
