Director of Case Management Services

Join us as a Director of Case Management Services at a prestigious Level I Trauma Center. This full-time, onsite position offers relocation assistance and travel reimbursement for interviews.

As a dynamic leader, you will drive strategy and enhance patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role is critical for managing utilization, optimizing patient flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving reimbursement performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Case Management team to achieve excellence.
• Drive utilization management strategies and enhance care coordination.
• Optimize patient throughput and minimize denial rates.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams.
• Implement best practices in transition/discharge planning.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field, or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
• Active RN or LCSW/LMSW license required.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in acute hospital Case Management.
• Strong expertise in utilization management and patient throughput.
• Proven understanding of CMS regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
