This role involves leading Clinical Directors across multiple centers, ensuring clinical excellence and fostering a strong culture. You'll also provide direct patient care as a primary care provider, dedicating your efforts to both leadership and clinical responsibilities based on market needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Directors to enhance clinical outcomes across your assigned centers.
- Ensure operational efficiency and meet or exceed financial targets for the market.
- Develop and support talent within the teams by conducting training and performance management.
- Foster a culture aligned with our core values, focusing on exceptional patient care.
- Lead recruitment efforts for clinical staff and assist in training new practitioners.
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare partners, enhancing community engagement.
- Monitor market culture and respond proactively to workplace concerns.
- Review center referrals and provide necessary authorizations for patient services.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support quality improvement initiatives and conduct scorecard reviews for clinical metrics.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and leverage insights for clinical initiatives.
- Implement strategies for cost reduction and market improvement.
- Dedicate 20% of your time to delivering outstanding patient care as a primary care provider.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (3 years preferred).
- Prior experience as a Medical Director with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population is highly desired.
- Board certification in relevant fields is preferred.
- Licensed to practice medicine in your state of employment.
- Strong background in clinical leadership and patient management.
- Experience with population health management and chronic disease care is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality improvement.
- Proficient with EMR systems and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 30% of the time.

$238,832 - $341,189
