Senior Manager, Clinical Programs – Lead the Future of Healthcare Innovation
Are you a clinical leader with a passion for medical technology, customer success, and building high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Programs to lead and grow a global team supporting the adoption of groundbreaking healthcare technology.
This highly visible leadership role will oversee a team of Clinical Program Managers (MRI Technologists and Nurses) responsible for driving customer implementations, product adoption, clinical success, and long-term account growth.
✅ Lead and develop a world-class Clinical Programs team
✅ Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion
✅ Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Executive Leadership
✅ Develop and execute strategies that improve customer outcomes and maximize product utilization
✅ Lead the clinical and technical assessment process during sales engagements
✅ Build scalable customer success programs and operational processes
✅ Support software releases, customer feedback initiatives, and product development efforts
✅ Manage escalated customer issues and serve as a strategic leader for key customer relationships
✅ Drive revenue growth through customer expansion, renewals, and advocacy
✔ 8–12+ years of progressive healthcare, MedTech, imaging, or clinical leadership experience
✔ Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences or BSN required
✔ 5+ years of clinical experience in radiology and MRI
✔ 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting clinical technology, implementations, or customer success initiatives
✔ 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing clinical support teams
✔ MRI experience
✔ Proven success driving adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and business growth
✔ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
✔ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams
