ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Chicago, Illinois seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for full-time K-12 opportunities. Multiple openings are available across a variety of classroom settings for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview

• Full-time, onsite positions
• K-12 caseloads available
• Resource and self-contained classroom placements
• Contract position for the school year
• District actively interviewing qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• LBS1 endorsement required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
