What You’ll Be Doing

As a key leader on our operations team, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track and teams aligned:

• Lead and oversee all field operations for residential HVAC installations
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and ensure a strong customer experience
• Serve as the connection point between Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams
• Partner with the Division Manager on timelines, performance goals, and budgets

You’ll set the pace, remove obstacles, and make sure the team finishes strong.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production or operations management (HVAC preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mindset with attention to quality and customer satisfaction
• Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
